In order to further gather the academic strength in the field of molecular image and probe, build a resource platform for exchange and cooperation in related fields, and promote the cross collision between basic medicine and clinical medicine, the 2019 medical molecular image and probe Summit Forum held by the medical department of Tianjin University was successfully held in Tianjin on December 22. Experts and scholars from Stanford University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Peking University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Huazhong University of science and technology, Tianjin University and other well-known universities and scientific research institutes were invited to make academic reports, attracting more than 100 industry participants. The meeting was presided over by Professor Zhang Xiaodong, convener of the forum and vice president of medical engineering and Translational Medicine Research Institute of Tianjin University.

Ming Dong, executive vice president of the Scientific Research Institute of Tianjin University, director of the medical construction office and executive director of the medical department, delivered a speech on behalf of the sponsor. He said that medical molecular imaging and probe technology is an interdisciplinary field of molecular biology, nanomaterials, medical imaging, computer science and other disciplines, and covers cutting-edge technologies such as tumor targeting imaging, gene imaging and cell signal transduction pathway. It is an important branch of imaging medicine and precision medicine in the future. He hoped to further promote interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary cooperation through this forum Exchange, build a platform for full exchange and interaction between industry, University, research and medicine, promote technical progress in the field of medical molecular imaging and probes, and contribute to the development of relevant industries in China.

Experts in the field of carbon nanomaterials, academicians of the American Academy of Sciences, the American Academy of medicine, the American Academy of science and art, foreign academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Professor Dai Hongjie of Stanford University attended the forum and gave a special report entitled "biological imaging in the second near infrared window". In the report, academician Dai focused on materials chemistry and nanoscience and introduced his team's series of work in biological imaging. Academician Dai introduced the discovery process and basic principle of infrared two zone fluorescence imaging technology, and focused on sharing the latest research progress: using quantum dots, rare earth materials, etc. to realize the latest discovery based infrared two zone IIB range (1500-1700 Nm) in situ fluorescence in vivo imaging technology has achieved centimeter level tissue imaging depth; through infrared two area light cut microscope to achieve three-dimensional reconstruction of mouse brain structure, as well as to reveal the visualization process of tumor immunotherapy. In addition, academician Dai introduced and prospected the application of nanoscience in clinical medicine.

Later, Professor Gao Mingyuan of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Wang Fan and Professor Hou Yanglong of Peking University, Professor Cui Daxiang of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and Professor Chang Jin of Tianjin University respectively focused on the quantitative evaluation and clinical application of visual navigation and artificial intelligence based on molecular image technology, the development and transformation of molecular image technology, nuclear medicine molecular image and tumor, nano probe, etc Bed application, nanoprobe and in vivo imaging, nuclear medicine molecular imaging and precise diagnosis and treatment of tumor, tumor diagnosis and treatment based on magnetic nanomaterials, development and transformation of nanoprobe for lung cancer targeted imaging and treatment, tumor immunooptical imaging and visualization research, visual guided nanodrug research and other contents have made wonderful theme reports 。

During the exchange, the participants spoke enthusiastically, and the experts and scholars who made the report had a heated discussion on the key technologies and cutting-edge development directions in their respective work fields.

It is reported that the purpose of this summit forum is to discuss the issues, academic exchanges and share the achievements of the frontier and hot research in the field of molecular imaging and probes. The convening of the forum is to strengthen the discipline construction of the Ministry of medicine, further broaden the international vision of researchers in molecular imaging research, promote the clinical application of molecular imaging and probes, and better serve the people Health needs are of great significance.
